At Livfresh, we don’t just want you to like our products, we want you to be completely Happy & SATISFIED!


We guarantee 1-to-1 Replacement or Full refund, if the Livfresh products that you have purchased are:
    • Defective
    • Expired
    • Wrong Items Received

Please let us know via email (info@livfreshfarms.com) or Whatsapp @87180667 within 24 hours of the delivery date for us to consider. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of the defect via email.


Our customer services team will review your request and get back to you within 48hrs. Please note we will not entertain claims for items which have been damaged by you or have not been used in accordance with the suggested product guidelines.


Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to receive a full refund.


There may be some exceptions to these rights such as for those products and services listed below where, for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items unless faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality: Chilled and Frozen Products, Food Made To Order, Gift Cards and Vouchers. None of the above affect your statutory rights.

 
General Payment Provisions
A list of payment options (including paynow, credit card etc.) will be presented at the time of checkout and you may choose from any of the applicable options presented. We do not offer a cash-on- delivery option. Cards will be charged when the order is placed, or in the case of subscriptions, at the cut-off date before delivery. Refunds for missing/faulty items will be made to the same card from which payment is made.


In the case of subscriptions, a credit card payment is required. This card will be charged periodically before each delivery. If required, you will be able to cancel or change your subscription before the cut-off time for each delivery.

We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. Livfresh does not store your credit card details. These are encrypted and processed by our payments partners.
