Shipping & Delivery
- We are committed to getting you the freshest produce that is often made-to-order. Hence, we close our orders 48 hours prior to the day of delivery (as outlined in the table below).

Delivery time is usually between 1pm and 7pm on the day of delivery.
We require you or your nominated representative to be available to accept the delivery. Your nominated representative must be over 14 years old.
If, in the unfortunate situation no one is available to accept your delivery, we will try to contact you by telephone on the number provided when placing the order, in an attempt to get an alternative delivery arrangement e.g., leave at door, leave with neighbor etc. If we cannot contact you, or if no agreeable alternative delivery arrangement can be made, we will unfortunately, have to cancel your order without a refund.
We appreciate that emergencies do happen. If you need to adjust the delivery day/time, drop us a note via email (email@example.com) or whatsapp (87180667) and we will do our best to accommodate.
Delivery is available only to limited locations as of now (see list of postal codes here).
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas. This includes the right to withdraw our services to individual customers’ addresses if you are repeatedly unavailable to take delivery of your shopping at your chosen slot time or in other exceptional circumstances.
Unfortunately, at this time, a collection service is not available.
